Weight Loss Tips for Pregnant Women?!?? NO WAY! I eat at least 5meals a day, 3x of nutritional shake to feed my lil' hungry bb hippo in me.. Drink alot of water! Keeping your body hydrated helps to prevent swelling and water retention. hmm.. of course i do snacks alot too.. :P @ wk33 pregnancy, i only gained 7kg!
